Sleep can literally change your life. Bad sleep impact everything. As we launch into the new year, we have created the 2020 Sleep Challenge so that you start this new decade waking up on the right side of the bed!
HOW IT WORKS: They say it takes 21 days to make a habit so this challenge is going to be 21 days long. The premise is that we challenge you to get schedule eight hours of sleep for the first 21 days of 2020. Sounds simple, but commitment to getting the full eight hours can be a challenge if your student, busy career woman, stay-at-home mom, or all of the above!
